We provide an integrated IoT platform which includes proprietary sensors, controls, software and AI to monitor, automate and optimize facilities, equipment and processes.  


Energybox is seeking a high-energy, self-motivated individual to play a key role in driving, managing, and closing sales with existing and prospective customers. The candidate will be responsible for managing a growing sales team, closing key accounts, and ensuring sales targets are met.

About Your Job: 

  • Manage a team of Key Account Managers who are responsible for acquiring new business
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients by understanding their needs, addressing concerns and working to maintain a strong working relationship
  • Responsible for consistent delivery of sales results per plan and company targets
  • Lead Key Account Managers by setting performance targets, providing coaching and feedback and conducting regular performance reviews
  • Flexibility to travel as needed based on business priorities and needs
  • Monitor sales performance by regularly analyzing sales data and using insights to adjust sales strategies and tactics 
  • Collaborate with department managers to drive process improvements and product enhancements
  • Articulate technology, functionality, and benefits of Energybox solutions, within the context of customers environment 
  • Educate customers of Energybox solutions, energy, and operational savings, return on investment 
  • Possess a deep understanding of both Energybox hardware and software
  • Implement strategies to drive brand and company awareness within key industries 
  • Report to the President and CRO


About You

  • 5+ years of experience directly managing a sales team 
  • 3+ years of SaaS sales to enterprise customers
  • Experience selling solutions to multi-site enterprises 
  • Demonstrated ability as a proficient closer.
  • Fluidity and experience in demonstrating return on investment value propositions 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing or a related field
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Sales Executive (CSE) or Certified Sales Professional (CSP) are a plus 
  • Strong working knowledge of software & IoT applications
  • Strong presentation and demo skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with C-level executives, IT Management and Operations managers and able to translate technology concepts
  • Demonstrated ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Ability to create, communicate and execute a sales plan with keen knowledge of target market and how to break through the customer matrix   
  • Possessing a strong technical aptitude is an integral part of the role 
  • Flexible and results driven individual who demonstrates a positive “ Do whatever it takes” attitude
