This unique opportunity is an Admin / Sales Assistant / HR Assistant position, based at our Germany office in Cologne. About your job:

  • Basic accounting tasks including invoicing, delivery notes, travel expenses, dunning, monthly accounting, using systems such as Quickbooks, Zoho and Google Suite
  • HR Support tasks such as creation and maintenance of job descriptions, online postings and managing interview process
  • Sales assistant tasks including preparation of presentation material, basic sales analysis, customer service such as shipping and receiving of customer orders
  • Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail and low quantity export/shipments 
  • Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that the office is operating smoothly incl. Office supplies, Team Events, meeting agendas


About you:

  • 2-5 years of work experience in an Administrative / Office Management / Sales Assistant role
  • Must have exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite products
  • Languages: Fluency in English and German is essential. French is a plus.
  • IT literate: Microsoft Office knowledge (especially excel), Google Suite, Slack, LinkedIn
  • Accounting Experience a plus
